I recently encountered an electrical issue while preparing breakfast for my house guest. It was a breaker that wouldn't reset. A call to Nathan got me a fast response and logical guidance over the phone. Following his instructions I couldn't resolve the problem. Nathan was here quickly and walked me through the idiosyncrasies of my somewhat outdated switch board. He was patient, got to the problem quickly, and offered good advice and a remedy I can now consider in the near future. Nathan certainly knows his trade and I now have him on my list those important people we all need from time to time in the upper Blue Mountains.

Nathan is very pleasant and proficient at his job. He came within the hour and found a solution to what I feared was going to be a total rewiring of my apartment.
