I highly recommend Impact Electrical. Very impressed with this company from first point of contact right up to completion of the work. Staff are very prompt, efficient and communication is very good. Jenna was in constant contact with me with updates and answers to any questions that I had. Jonah and Tallin completed the work and they came on time, both are really nice young men, respectful, professional, dedicated, hard working and worked very well as a team together. Jonah also came to do the quote and listened to everything I said and gave very good ideas as well. All staff are a credit to this company and what a terrific team!

SPARKS & FIRE alerted my good neighbours, to what could have unfolded as a catastrophic fire as a result of old wiring ( main electrical supply ) connected to my residence. When contacting Ausgrid, they indicated that, a LEVEL 2 electrician was required to undertake the repair and subsequent reconnection. Recommended by local electricians, called Lachlan from IMPACT Electrical Central Coast, whom without delay, inspected and carried out all necessary work promptly and diligently in order to restore power expeditiously. Fantastic service from all at Impact. A quick and easy quote process with Lachlan and Megan and then Luke arrived on site within a few hours. Luke kept me updated with what needed to be done as he was working, going above and beyond just replacing the smoke alarms that had been beeping incessantly and answering all my other electrical related questions! Will definitely be booking these guys in again for future work.

I had the pleasure of having Luke do some work in my home. Some electricians I am still waiting for them to call me back but Megan who I spoke to texted me back asked for a few initial pictures of the site and then sent me a quote. Too easy . Luke is a professional and covered everything we needed to have done. I have a German Shepherd Daisy and she likes people but dumped me to be Lukes partner from that I got good vibes. Talk about service. I called to discuss my issues and the beautiful customer service lady Jenna was amazing, she took my call seriously and was able to organise a sparky to attend my property asap. When Lachlan arrived within a couple of hours of booking my fix, he was immediately on the job no hesitation and did a great job. Highly recommend, and will be using again for future sparky needs.

Luke came and did some work for me this morning. He was courteous, friendly and very efficient. He changed three old fashioned lights over to new more modern ones . I was very happy with his work . He explained everything to me , he checked my whole electrical system and even my smoke alarm. He even took the old ghastly fluoro lights away for me too .
