We recently purchased and had 2 airconditioning units installed at our home. From our first phone call, through to the end result, we can not speak more highly of the excellent work and highly professional approach by the entire team at Austin Airconditioning Bega.

This will be the 3rd time that we have used Austin Air conditioning and each time they have been helpful, prompt and extremely professional. Twice they have put themselves out to make a special call out. I highly recommend them.

10000% recommend Simon from Austin air conditioning. I'm in a rental, so things usually take some time to get done. My heater wasn't working, and its freezing.. I was told I could have someone out in 3 weeks. Simon called me straight away and came within the HOUR!! I was so freaking happy. I was freezing with a cold, so need to keep warm! Not only did he basically pronounce my heater dead, he also MIRACULOUSLY got it to work while I wait for parts or a new system!! I was soo so happy!! Honestly basically saved my life today. I couldn't recommend him more, so friendly, professional, thorough and went above and beyond more than anyone has to not only find the problem and get it going, but gave it a good clean for me to get it to run better. Also explained everything in detail, whats happening and why and what parts. Showed me and got me to physically look/feel things and didn't treat me like a 'girl who knows nothing' like alot of people do. Absolutely recommend!! Thankyou so SO much Simon.
