We recently had a heatpump hotwater service installed and were delighted by the professionlism, courteous nature, and explanation provided by Adam. I would recommend Adam and his team for any work needing to be done - from the initial contact through to the invoice, the installation was explained, and the alterations and testing was carried out swiftly BUT most importantly with attention to detail. Overall, we are extremely happy. Can't ask for more.

On a positive note, the technician was very professional and explained what needed to done. The job was complete in an efficient manner. The negative, the attention to detail was let down by not moving the roof tile back in place. It wasn't until Saturday (3 days later) that our neighbour saw the open gap. Luckily it did not rain as there would have been water damage. A little disappointed.

Adam and the team are beyond exceptional. Second project now with them and the quality and service are second to none. What I loved most this time was how compassionate they were with my elderly parents in recommending the right system for their needs. They spent time showing them how to use it and they already feel more safe and secure.
