Ben, Nadine and the team and AllPhase have been so genuine and helpful in assisting us to deal with a faulty solar inverter. We approached Ben after we had trouble with another installer and the inverter company. Although they weren't the original installer, Ben and the team provided professional advice, ran tests and liaised with the inverter company on our behalf and achieved a positive outcome for us. This issue had been ongoing for years with no results, the team at AllPhase had it solved within 3 months. We highly recommend them!
