The team at Western Air & Essential Services did a great job with our complex install of 2 roof mounted split systems. They offered product advice, installation recommendations on the initial consult, and then on install day they went above and beyond to ensure a neat and tidy installation. They even helped seal our other old aircon unit! We felt like we were in good hands with Yasko and his professional team and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future works.

I would highly recommend Yasko he is amazing!! Sadly my ducted aircon/heating stopped working and Yasko went out of his way on a Saturday morning to come and take a look, long story short my lg did not want to be fixed Yasko tried everything it is very old. Yasko explained everything involved in regards to installing a new ducted unit he talked me through all the options prices etc so I knew upfront what I was looking at and once everything was all agreed Yasko organised everything. Once the Unit was available he booked it in arrived on time and very quickly I had heating again.😃 So I would like to say a big thank you for your expertise and your prompt and punctual service, it has been a pleasure meeting you Yasko and will without question use your services again in the future I will also be recommending western air to my friends.😀

We contacted Yasko as out air con broke just on the worst week of the summer, he came and tried to fix it but it was beyond fixing as it was a very old one. 3 days later he came back with the new one and installed it, he gave us wonderful advices on which unit was beat for our living room and finally today I came home after work to a fresh home! Highly recommend Yasko and his team, they're never pushy and know what they are doing! Thank you, guys
