I would highly recommend STB. Great workmanship, attention to detail, reliability, attitude, and value. Steve brought all my electrics in my 1970s home up to code after 3 others had told me everything was "all good." He upgraded the power meter and earthing rod, connected my 3 phase aircon system, installed new exhaust fans in my bathrooms, including a heavy inline fan in the ceiling. While working on all of this, he upgraded and repaired any old and non-compliant wiring through the ceiling and underfloor cavity, including bringing a freestanding induction stove/ oven install up to code. The ceiling and floor are cramped dusty crawl spaces with uncomfortable sharp edges all over the place. Steve didn't complain about the tricky working conditions at all. He did an extremely tidy and professional job. Important details that others often miss, like adding dampners to the fan bracket to prevent vibration noise running down my ceiling joists, were business as usual for Steve. He helped me out without hesitation on a Sunday afternoon when I'd blown a fuse on my 3 phase. Total legend. 100% recommend!
