Kyle was great. Very responsive and I knew exactly when he was coming/what he was doing so easy to plan my day, easy to communicate with. Professional easy to read quote and did what he said he would do no surprises. Importantly I felt very safe and comfortable having him in my home and was very tidy and cleaned up mess and wore special inside shoes. He did a great job will definitely have him back soon. Glad to have someone good and trustworthy close by in Sydney.

I very rarely write reviews, but given the level of service and professionalism that Kyle demonstrated whilst undertaking work at my new home recently, I felt it was important to share this experience. I recently moved into an older style double brick home which required an electrician to relocate/install some power points, install antenna cable and connection points, install network cable and data points in several rooms, install hardwired smoke detectors, run hidden HDMI cable in the wall and replace a defective outdoor sensor light. Based on previous reviews, Pulse seemed like a good option but I am always wary of other people's opinions. From the moment Kyle came to inspect my property, I was nothing short of impressed! He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He provided several very reasonable quotes based on our discussions and was very responsive whenever I had additional questions or requests. Once we had agreed on the scope of work, Kyle completed the work over 2 days (due to inclement weather) and I could not have been happier! He was punctual, efficient and managed to keep the work areas surprisingly clean. He was even happy to discuss options for future home improvement projects based on his own extensive experience. He exceeded my expectations with his workmanship and the end result was better than I imagined. As I said, I seldom write these reviews, but Kyle is a rare find and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his services to anyone.

Kyle was very easy to work with and always provided honest and professional advice during the process. Renovations can be stressful and Kyle did his best to alleviate the stress where possible and just get on with the job, with client satisfaction being his main focus. I can’t recommend Kyle from Pulse Electrical highly enough. I accepted his company’s quote for the installation of three ceiling fans. From a notification he was on his way to arriving on time, to wearing and removing boot covers so as not to bring dust/dirt in from outside, to cleaning himself down after he’d been in my roof space, to throughly vacuuming when he’d finished the job and removing all packaging debris, everything about the job he did was 100%. Very professional and a thoroughly pleasant and engaging young man.

We highly recommend Kyle from Pulse Electrical. We initially had him replace some down lights in our townhouse. We were so impressed with his professionalism and high standard of work, that we asked him to overhaul all our other electrical issues (there were plenty!).
