Outech Off Grid

Had a full offgrid system installed with Outech in June. 1200W of solar, 620Ah lithium ion battery, 3000W inverter, dust reduction and multiple Sirroco fans. Been loving enjoying coffees and air con off grid on the beach and in the bush. Having access to starlink off grid has also made our travels run so much smoother. Customer service has been outstanding and Dan's a bloody legend!

The upgrade to our solar and electrical system through Outech Off Grid allowed us to stay longer in places like Pender Bay, James Price Point and Winderabandi this year. Able to use our coffee machine and aircon without having to worry. Dan you did an amazing job with our Vacationer Rough Rider.

Dan did an amazing job upgrading our Caravans Solar Power System. After our first trip we can say we are more than impressed. We had some questions whilst we were away and Dan was straight back to us making sure everything was fine and resolving our small questions. We started speaking with Daniel prior to picking our new van to discover the "art of the possible". Communication with Daniel was exceptional, he listened to what we had to say, ask us some questions, made some suggestions for us to think about and then came back with a suggested system. Once we ordered the van we also booked it in for Daniel to perform his magic. During the installation Daniel kept us in the loop, sent through updates and photographs. Handover was very thorough, and he answered all my questions clearly and fully. His workmanship is of a very high quality and instills plenty of confidence. After our first shakedown trip of a week away we are extremely happy. The system works better than I had imagined. After sales service is fantastic as well. I have noticed that Daniel has logged into the system a few times since it has been installed presumably just to keep an eye on things. I have also messaged and called Daniel a couple of times with more questions which were answered promptly. When people ask me about my system I am very proud to tell them about it and can not speak highly enough about Outech. Thank you so much for your professionalism. Highly recommend.

If you want the best in the business then Dan and Jen are it. We recently had our Jayco 19:6 all terrain caravan upgraded with an offgrid system. A 620ah battery fitted along with a 2600w inverter and all the chargers. An extra 4x200w solar panels giving the van a total of 1400w. With the option of adding 2x200w of extern portable solar panels. Their after sales assistance with the system is second to none and Dans workmanship is amazing. He is always up for a chat to talk you through your system with any issues you don’t understand. Very happy customer
