Elliot was sent to connect up my TV and mount it onto the lounge wall. He also connected up the Internet and spent time to kindly explain how to operate the TV, etc. Upon my request, Elliot went out of his way to supply and install 2 additional power points. He also kindly drew my attention to an exisiting electrical installation in my house for compliance investigation. I have found Elliot not only did an extraordinary job, he also provided additional services which are rare to come by. I couldn’t be happier and would give 10 stars if I could. A relatively simple job ended up being much more complicated caused by the poor workmanship of another company but the tradies took it in their stride and kept me informed all the way through. I will only use MultiTech from now on.
