Magic Solar have recently installed an updated solar & battery system to our residence. Ron was more than helpful with his knowledge & assistance in getting the federal govt. rebate. The install was sone on Xmas eve and there was a problem with the system recognising the battery. Marc came out on Boxing day (yes Boxing day) to do the necessary fix, even though the solar system was working well, the problem was merely with the battery storage. We were more than happy to wait until the Monday to report the issue. This service is typical of our overall experience with these guys, no fuss just good old fashioned service. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have had a great experience working with Magic for our solar install with Enphase micros. First with Ron who was very efficient and helpful. He has a real passion for it and assisted us greatly in our decision making. Plus he did all the required paperwork! Marc and his team arrived on the day and time promised. They quickly swung into action and had everything installed and running with a minimum of fuss. All round we have had a great experience with Magic. We had our solar panels installed by Magic Electrical Services a couple of years ago. Ron Tresize was the person we dealt with. We found him very informative and he made complex things easier to understand for us. Our system has worked perfectly since installation. A few days ago a warning about the solar panels popped up in my emails. As far as I was aware the system was working perfectly. I rang Ron and he was immediately willing to help sort out the issue. Turns out the error is just a system glitch. It took a couple of days for Ron to find out more information to resolve the issue. At all times he kept in contact with us which we really appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend this company and also Ron for his prompt and friendly responses. Well done guys. Very impressive.

5 star service from Marc and his team at Magic Electrical Services - from start to finish. Magic Electrical were recommended to us, by a work colleague, in regard to install of solar panels. We called and left a message, which was promptly returned by Marc. He arrived at our property on the arranged day/time, and walked the property and informed us of best location for panels/solar box. Quote emailed promptly and accepted by us. On the day of installation, Marc and his team arrived and went to work. Once job was completed, they packed up all rubbish and tools - I must admit it is a pet-peev of mine when tradies leave bits of tape/wire/rubbish on the ground, instead of bin - none left behind with these boys. Marc then walked me through the app I needed to download and gave a quick tutorial - it is a great feature to see how much solar we are making per hour/per day, and now I can change my power-using habits and save some $$. Since install, system has been running smoothly, no issues. From quote, to service, to workmanship, to equipment supplied, I can highly recommend Marc and his team for your solar needs.
