I am very impressed with the service from Jakob. He is quite a young man for having his own business which is extremely commendable in itself. Especially in this day and age. But beyond that his communication was excellent. Keeping me up to date throughout the process. Being prompt in his communication, giving a detailed quote and then updating me when something he quoted wasn’t available. Checking in with time and date. Always very pleasant on the phone. On time and then advising by text when he was coming the day before and then confirming on the morning as well. Everything about the job was perfect and he could not have been more helpful. Super impressed. We will have him back again for sure. Nothing was too hard or too much trouble.

Can’t thank Jacob enough. I rang late in the afternoon in a bit of a flap as I had just got home and had no appliances working. Within 15 minutes he was there, changed out some gadget in the meter box, tested something or other and the job was done. Yes, a female is typing this.
