Huge thanks to GEM Australia for supplying us with a generator during our planned power outage. Without their help, we would’ve had to close for the day but everything ran perfectly thanks to them! The team was so friendly, fast, and helpful. Their service was smooth, professional, and genuinely caring. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Absolute legends!

We needed a generator for our market due to a planned outage and Mel and Jarrad were excellent to deal with. Jarrad arrived early and was so fast to swap us over that we only lacked power for about ten minutes. Thanks so much for supporting our school market in this way!!

GEM was fantastic to work with, they really helped us out with a planned Western Power outage that took place the same day as an event. Event went on as planned and we had uninterrupted power the whole day. All staff were great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Xmas Day fire left us without a connection to the grid for two weeks. GEM came to the rescue and delivered and set up a generator for mine and my neighbours' properties; and all done with a smile on a 40C day during the holiday season when others were closed. Thanks Emma and Tim from all of us!
