We recently had Dr Sparky handle all the electrical work for our bathroom vanity unit and kitchenette, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The bathroom needed new power points, led strip lights and main lights installed, and the kitchenette had a full setup including multiple power points, an oven, cooktop and a rangehood. Every part of the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. There was one moment where our carpenter uncovered some unexpected needed wiring, and Dr Sparky impressed us even more — they came out the same day to sort it out so the work could continue without delay. That level of responsiveness is rare and genuinely appreciated. A special mention goes to Julio, who handled much of the wiring. Some of the wiring was very tricky and he handled it like a magician — precise, confident and incredibly skilled. When it came time to fit everything off, the team worked smoothly, professionally, and left both rooms spotless. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work or the service we received. Dr Sparky is a company we would gladly recommend to anyone who is needing reliable and professional electrical work.

Josh came out today and was fantastic — polite, efficient, and very friendly. He communicated clearly throughout the job, explained exactly what the problem was, and showed me how to troubleshoot if it happens again in future. I really appreciated how calm and professional he was, especially in a stressful situation. The booking receptionist was also excellent — friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

We recently had an exceptional experience with Doctor Sparky Electrical, and we could not be more grateful for their professionalism and support during a very stressful time. After another company let us down, we were under significant time pressure from our building company to have our old air-conditioning condensers removed before our renovation could begin. Nigel from Doctor Sparky was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to our situation. Despite it being just after the Christmas break, he responded immediately and came to our rescue. We were truly appreciative of how quickly he stepped in to help. Nigel also provided honest and valuable advice regarding our ageing units. As we were already investing in relocating the condensers to the roof, he sensibly recommended replacing them, given they were close to the end of their lifespan. His advice was practical, transparent, and ultimately saved us from future expense and inconvenience. The installation team, Lewis and Seb, were equally impressive. They were friendly, approachable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The job turned out to be more complex than expected, and they worked through extremely hot conditions over several days with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Communication was excellent throughout the process — they kept us informed of any issues and handled everything smoothly. We especially appreciated Seb’s honesty and care when he noticed a cracked roof tile. Even though it may have already been damaged, he immediately brought it to our attention and kindly replaced it for us. That level of integrity and attention to detail speaks volumes about their professionalism. Overall, Doctor Sparky delivered a stress-free, high-quality service with an absolute commitment to customer care. Great business, came promptly when rung . Checked our old air conditioner which we were told wasnt worth repairing. Gave us a quote and we had new air con fitted the next day. Very reliable tradesmen who cleaned up after themselves. Jules and his team are well worth contacting.

Josh from Dr Sparky restored wall power to my home after the RCD tripped and couldn’t be reset, with a sticky test button also causing issues. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, answered my questions, and gave solid and honest advice on what was needed. Josh then quickly and safely replaced the old and worn RCD, choosing quality components. Thanks Josh! I’d be happy to use Dr Sparky for future work and can recommend them.
