DACS

I have had DACS out for 3 separate jobs and it’s always been excellent. I had a bathroom heat lamp/exhaust installed, some power points replaced, and later a new smoke alarm. They also found a replacement part for my AC and repaired it with no fuss at all. Very trustworthy and capable

We normally go through a larger aircon company, but thought we would support a local company this time round. Well, thank goodness we did because everything at DACS air conditioning has been outstanding. Their team on the day of the big installation was brilliant - a fabulous local business, I recommend this team to everyone. 5 stars plus.

The guys from DACS did a great job installing a new air conditioning unit and a service deep clean on a 2nd unit. They were really thorough from start to finish and did a great job installing and the clean up. Jai and Eddie were great too, really polite and professional people. Highly recommend them

The boys turned up nice and early. Removed all the old ducted a/c system and replaced it all with a complete new system. They were friendly, courteous and worked hard to complete the job with no fuss or hassles. They then ran through all the operating procedures in a clear and concise manner. Air con broke L1 problem! Dacs identified the problem. immediately ordered the parts. Two days later guys arrived 8am to install. Brilliant! Even my Great Dane was happy to see the service guys. 36degrees today. Thank you Lidia and team at Dacs

Our Evap decided to stop working in January a few years ago and despite phoning lots of AC contractors, no one could help for at least 6 weeks, or even offer any advice as to what might get it going again. Phoned DACS AC and while they couldn’t attend immediately, they inquired as to the issue and suggested it may have tripped the fuse box. This was the case and after literally flipping the switch back, we were enjoying cool air again. This advice was from their Receptionist! No other contractor bothered to offer such help and as a result I decided DACS were it. Five years on and this perfectly sums up DACS AIR and their commitment to great customer service. After a new AC in the bedroom and several services over the years to our aging Evap and other interior units, DACS AC have always been professional, personable and thorough. Cannot recommend them highly enough Small local business with a big heart
