I recently had the pleasure of working with Coogle Air, who replaced my outdated Fujitsu system with a new three-phase Daikin system on January 20, 2026. Had a very good experience with Coogle Air. They answer emails usually within 2 business days and I like their straightforward answers and transparency, and of course, very competitive pricing for install of a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ciara. Importantly, tradies actually turned up on time and did a neat job. It's great they have a 2yr warranty on their installation, on top of the air conditioner's 5yr warranty. Only thing I would improve is some sort of communication during the process, as the outside unit was installed higher than I expected from the initial drawings in my contract.
