Ryan Thill and his team were amazing. We were travelling from Sydney and having problems with our Toyota Land Cruiser and they immediately assessed and fixed the problem getting us back on the road quickly. Great service, for a very reasonable price. The team are friendly and very helpful. We lost the power to the front of our Toyota Coaster a week or so before and they able to squeeze us in a couple of days before Christmas and got it all sorted out. Would be more than happy to go back.

Excellent service. Caught short on a trip with alternator failure, fitted us in ASAP and sorted the problem professionally and quickly despite being Melbourne Cup day which we had not reslised. We were on on way the same evening with only a minor delay all up. Fantastic, friendly, professional, and empathetic with customers. Unresrvedly recommended.

After a mishap with our Anderson plug on our caravan, we contacted Autospark and talked to an awesome fella named Ryan. He fitted us in straight away and was so friendly & helpful. The anderson plug was fixed quickly & really well done. The access to the shop was awesome for vans with a turnaround bay behind the shop. What could have been a disaster for our trip turned out to be a really pleasant experience! All the staff were so helpful & even gave us hints on where to eat, best roads to travel on etc. We can't recommend this shop highly enough..thank you, thank you, thank you to Ryan & the staff! Everyone hopes their car never breaks down, but when it does it's a nightmare — especially when you're not from the area, you're going through a tough situation, and you don’t know anyone. Luckily, there are still people out there who genuinely help you out, and I’m talking about Autospark Albany! I found myself in the middle of nowhere with a completely failed alternator and a car that wasn’t safe to drive. I called Autospark and the lady at reception told me they could check it the same day. Once I got there, I spoke with Ryan, explained the issue, and in just one day they fixed everything — the alternator was gone. I honestly can’t thank the team enough. They got me out of a stressful situation quickly and professionally. The price was very fair too. I can only recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again!

Thanks to Ryan for agreeing to take me in even when he was short staffed. Fixed the solar panel on my van and reinstalled it better than it was before. Highly professional and honest service, I'm very satisfied with everything.
