We found Auslectrical two years ago to complete works in our home. Mo was amazing from the start. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable and a lovely down to earth man. We were very happy with the works done that we contacted him again, and I honestly wouldn’t look elsewhere if we need electrical works done again in the future. He’s prompt, patient with all questions and helped guide us in making the right choices. It’s not often you receive service at such a high level. Thanks again Mo and Blake.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mourad and his Team! The most patient and knowledgeable tradesperson I could ever hope for. I have tried to encourage him to take over as many other services as possible, but he is too busy going above and beyond with the one he has. Mourad has gone to extraordinary lengths to make an incredibly stressful pool installation and NBN crisis work out wonderfully! We have underground power and a working internet :) and above this he has ensured my sanity is in tact at the end of it all! Thank you Mo, for reminding me that there are passionate and ethical tradespeople who are an absolute pleasure to have in your home and life.

Mo was quick to return our call and he arranged an electrician to come over the following day. Blake arrived on time and was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He was able to install a new powerpoint efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. The company provided photos of the works completed and Mo even called us that evening as a courtesy follow up. It is not often you get this level of service these days! We will be recommending Auslectrical to all our family and friends and we will be using them for all our electrical needs in the future.

Mourad has always responded promptly and been very professional and accommodating. Even fitting us in for an urgent job at short notice over the long weekend. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling on Auslectrical for future electrical needs.
