Omar from Zest was a lifesaver when I was having a late light emergency relating to a malfunctioning alarm unit, I had called the landlord, real estate agent and alarm and none respond. That's when I found Omar's number in the switchboard, he was the only person to take my call and calmly and swiftly helped me deal with the problem, and it wasn't even an alarm system that Zest had installed, and yet he helped me when he had no obligation to do so.
