6pm on a Friday of a long w/e.. Would you answer the phone? Niels certainly did & arrived 15 minutes later to restore power to our house. After diagnosing the issue to a faulty powerpoint in the laundry, a new one was fitted and power restored to our house within 20 minutes. Approachable, honest & diligent - traits rarely seen in a tradesman in 2022. Will be securing Niels services in the near future to review some other electrical items we were considering but will now proceed with.
