Steven is extremely meticulous, thoughtful and provides options and ideas when challenges arise. He goes over and above in an effort to ensure customer satisfaction, a rare quality in my experience! Steven arrives on time, keeps me informed of progress, cleans up thoroughly at the end of his work and charges as agreed. Finding good tradespeople is very challenging, Steven is excellent and I would 100% endorse him.
