Our experience with Ken and the team was very good. We had such a big job which involved the power company etc but the receptionist Kate worked relentlessly between them making sure things were sorted as quickly as possible. We are happy all is done now to our satisfaction.

He was super fast and he knew his trade extremely well. In my experience I would use Sutton electrical again 110% because Michael's quality of workmanship was outstanding! You knew what you were getting as everything was quoted and priced on day! No hidden costs. My wife and I were so happy with end result. Their prices are affordable and fair I would say (mid range) compared to some of the other companies who had quoted us which were extortionate. This is the third time I have used Sutton Security and Electrics for CCTV, celing fans, down lights, oven and other electrical works. Each time I have been amazed by the quality of work and outstanding service. I am really, really happy again with the electrical works that were completed, Harley and Ethan were incredible! I can not speak more highly of them. They were professional, very knowledgeable, worked incredibly hard, kept me up to date on the work they were doing and went above and beyond. Amazing service! Thorough, efficient and professional. Super friendly pair that got it all done promptly and effortlessly We had all our downlights replaced, fire alarms changed to wired alarms and our switchboard and fans upgraded after a fire safety check of a newly purchased property. They also rewired our phone line and fixed out nbn while they were here! Really impressed and happy with their service, care and explanation of everything while they were here. I will be contacting again for all future needs
