I cannot recommend this electrician highly enough. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his work were immediately evident. He spent a significant amount of time thoroughly investigating the fault at my premises, carefully testing and assessing every possible cause rather than rushing to a quick fix. His attention to detail and methodical approach gave me complete confidence that the issue would be properly resolved. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing, what he found, and the best course of action moving forward, ensuring I fully understood the situation. His technical expertise is exceptional, but what truly sets him apart is his customer service. He was patient, respectful, and genuinely committed to delivering a high-quality outcome. Nothing felt like too much trouble. His work ethic is outstanding — reliable, diligent, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right the first time. The quality of service was second to none, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was safe, compliant, and functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone who combines such strong technical knowledge with this level of customer care. If you’re looking for an electrician who is honest, thorough, and truly dedicated to his craft, look no further. Absolutely five-star service.
