SparkJoy Electrical

We recently engaged SparkJoy Electrical, run by Caitlin, to install a Wallbox Pulsar Max EV charger in our garage. This product wasn’t listed on the website, but Caitlin was more than happy to accommodate our request, sourcing the unit for us and scheduling the installation promptly. She arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to walk us through the planned installation and discuss the best placement for the charger and cable runs. The work was done efficiently, and the installation was neat and exactly where we requested. She also ensured that everything was set up for use, including configuring it to charge with our excess solar power. Although we couldn’t test the system fully on the day of installation (as we hadn’t yet taken delivery of our EV), once we started using it, we encountered an unexpected issue with the Wallbox app reporting incorrect power usage; while it still charged our car, some features were not working as a result. Caitlin was quick to return to help troubleshoot. She was thorough in rechecking her work, and although the issue ultimately resolved itself later in the day, we appreciated her dedication to ensuring everything was in order. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism of SparkJoy Electrical. Caitlin was accommodating of our product choice, proactive in addressing any issues, and we would highly recommend her for EV charger installations. Her expertise and support were greatly appreciated, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again.
