My desktop computer was unable to fix by the technicians (the owner of the brand) who informed me that the mothers board, processer damaged and returned totally dismantled. But, Kalpesh's (Shiva's Electrical & Computer) excellent knowledge and experience made it works very good with upgrading Windows 11. I appreciate his hard work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to fix their computer issues.

My wife and I only bring our electronics to Shivam to fix. We are grateful for his top notch service, honesty and fair pricing. For a crack on touch screen laptop our daughter's high school had quoted us with $700 where as Shivam quoted us more affordable price. Saying it would take 2 weeks to order, he had it back to us within the week. A+++ Highly, highly recommend Shivam's services.

Bought in my laptop that wasn't turning on and a corrupted SD card late in the evening. Got a response the next day, thorough, knowledgeable. Told me what the issue was and offered me a cheaper alternative to fixing my laptop that he wasn't able to provide and referred me to another computer shop. That type of honesty is rare to find in business. He was able to recover my SD and saved years of photos for a very reasonable place. Very thankful. Highly recommended Thanks again Raj

Just had a really great experience using this company. Kalpesh provided great service and replaced my laptop keyboard. The service was kind, professional and he even provided a free clean inside my laptop despite being the cheapest option out there! I am extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend his expertise to anyone. Thanks again Kalpesh, good man!
