My desktop computer was unable to fix by the technicians (the owner of the brand) who informed me that the mothers board, processer damaged and returned totally dismantled. But, Kalpesh's (Shiva's Electrical & Computer) excellent knowledge and experience made it works very good with upgrading Windows 11. I appreciate his hard work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to fix their computer issues.

For a crack on touch screen laptop our daughter's high school had quoted us with $700 where as Shivam quoted us more affordable price. Bought in my laptop that wasn't turning on and a corrupted SD card late in the evening. Got a response the next day, thorough, knowledgeable. Told me what the issue was and offered me a cheaper alternative to fixing my laptop that he wasn't able to provide and referred me to another computer shop.
