Bakri provided me with a very professional repair and servicing that I required in an emergency situation. We had the installation of a Fujitsu Floor Standing Split System Air conditioner fall through at the last minute... We listed the job online and a short time later Bakri (Barkley) contacted us and matched the quote of the original install! After being held up at another job the very polite and friendly Barkley arrived on the very same day and completed the job in the last few hours of the afternoon! Barkley got to the bottom of how the unique unit needed connecting and was able to follow our directions of exactly where we wanted both indoor and outdoor units installed. The indoor unit needed to sit on the pre-existing wooden shelf and be wired and plumbed through the floor to avoid the wall behind. We are really pleased and happy with the overall quality of the work, the friendliness of the installer, and the time in which the job was completed! No hesitation in recommending.
