Q9 Electrical

We had Kevin and his team come in to install a couple of aircon units and update our old light switches, and honestly, they were fantastic. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, respectful of our home, and really easy to communicate with. Kevin explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable with the plan before getting started. The whole team worked efficiently and professionally, and you could tell they really cared about doing a quality job—not just getting it done quickly. Everything was super neat, they cleaned up after themselves, and the new switches and aircons look and work great. It’s such a relief finding a reliable electrician you can trust. We’d definitely call Kevin again for any future work and would happily recommend him to friends and family.

Q9 did an exception job wall mounting my new Samsung The Frame TV. What was supposed to be a straightforward job was further complicated by the need to do additional electrical works and deal with a wall that wasn't level. Kevin and the team were very versatile in seeking solutions to these problems and keeping me informed, to ensure the end result was perfect. I'm very impressed with their work ethic and will call upon them in the future for more works around the house!
