I would give Anthony from Prompt Electrical and Air 5 stars. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. He scheduled an inspection of my broken 12 year old airconditioner for after work on the same day I rang enquiring about having it repaired. He didn’t just try to convince me to purchase a new airconditioner but worked hard and diagnosed the problem, a switch. Later that evening he rang saying he had located the part in Queensland and had ordered it. It was due to arrive Tuesday of the following week, by the Wednesday I had a happy air conditioner. I was very impressed with their very prompt response and professionalism which was far superior than that of the appliance company. Due to the controls and systems that the appliance companies have in place to monopolise what little maintenance they effectively allow on their units and to promote the throw away ethic so that they can sell new units, we were not able to solve my particular problem due to the unexpected expense, but that was due to appliance company policies and most certainly not the fault of Prompt Electrical & Air.

Fabulous and fast! Called them on a Monday, they came on the Tuesday and didn't even charge for checking one issue and were very quick and cheap on the repair they did on the spot! I plan to hire them again whenever I need electrical or Aircon work.
