We had a wall mounted EV Charger installed, Ethan was punctual and very professional, her conducted the install within the planned time, was neat clean and did an outstanding job. Great experience with One Step Ahead Electrical Maintenance- we had Ethan here this week fitting fans and lights and a few months ago Jordan did similar work in other areas of the house. Both electricians had such a positive attitude, nothing was too much trouble, they explained things well and were clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them. Highly recommend Ethan and his team. I was waiting for an electrician to get back to me and do a job at my house. I couldn’t wait any longer so called ‘one step ahead’. Ethan booked me in the next working day and did an amazing job. I was at work and told him to just get it done whatever it needed. There were a few issues that arose throughout the day, and he called me multiple times about the problem and what it would cost, providing 100% transparency. He was very professional and thorough.
