First off, these guys were fantastic. I recently had a Braemar multi-split system installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. During the quoting stage, Dave provided excellent advice and clear recommendations, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. On installation day, Hamish was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in his workmanship. I felt completely comfortable leaving the house unattended while the install was carried out. The system looks great, runs perfectly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. National Heating and Cooling delivered outstanding service! I Highly recommend them. 👌

From our initial enquiry to the installation - was dealt with so warmly and professionally. David was so helpful through the process and they did their best to get our job done with the warm weather arriving. Our old Bonaire started to give up just as summer arrived. The crew that installed our air conditioner were so polite and clean… even impressed my mother. The Breezeair is a complete change to the Bonaire - can believe how cool our house is now. Great job done by Alistair, Hamish, Tristan and Declan to install our ducted heating and cooling, including removing the old swampy and heating system. They were friendly, courteous and polite, cleaned up after (vacuuming and mopping) and kept me informed of everything that was happening. The whole process was very quick from initial consultation with Daniel to the installation (1 and a half days, install). Highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the services supplied by National Heating & Cooling Wodonga. We had Matt, the service technician, inspect our old ducted heating system for our annual service, and within five minutes, he discovered that our heat exchanger had developed cracks. I asked if we could have a quote for a new replacement heating & cooling unit, and was impressed when David emailed us the same day. We were very impressed with the professionalism and politeness both John and Hamish showed, who installed the new heating and cooling system. Upon completion, they cleaned up the mess and went through the operational procedures thoroughly. They are both a great asset to your company. We cannot recommend your company and team highly enough.

As part of our annual service, it was discovered that our heater was no longer safe and it was recommended to cease using it immediately. After contacting Daniel, we had a quote in my inbox only a few hours later. More impressively, our new heater was installed and operating by Joel and Lochie the very next morning (Less than 24 hours after accepting the quote) This is the 2nd time we have used National Heating and Cooling and delt with Daniel as we had two split systems installed before last summer. Highly recommend National Heating and Cooling.
