Had a great experience with Motek Electrical! The electricians showed up right on time, were super friendly, and really knew their stuff. They fixed a tricky wiring issue that a previous contractor couldn’t figure out. Pricing was fair, and the job was done perfectly. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing reliable electrical work.

Motek Electrical installed my new AC and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The work was clean, they packed up everything properly, and left the place spotless. The AC runs perfectly and the whole experience felt professional and easy from start to finish. Definitely recommend them. Jalal is super easy to deal with!

I have now been using Motek Electrical for over 7 years and can confirm they are reliable (never late), honest and deliver excellent quality work. From heavy lighting installations & TV mounting to subfloor ventilation & subfloor lighting I have consistently been impressed with the quality of work delivered.

We had Jay and his team at our place to fix up a lot of old dangerous DIY work done by previous owners. Not only were they extremely efficient and on time, they were very professional, polite and friendly and just very easy to get along with. We have alot of long term major Renos to do at our place, and Motek will be our Electricians all the way through. 100% recommend, really easy to deal with and always on time.

First contact was via email and despite their busy Schedule Jay always made a point to respond to me even if it was late at night. The team at Motek provided me with a very competitive quote after a review of my power consumption patterns and took care of all the admin to get my government rebate, all I had to do was to fill out some electronic forms online. First contact: the team promptly turned up on the scheduled day at 8am, very friendly, professional, neat and ready to get it done! Naz, Izzy and T started working after a brief introduction of what will happen over the course of the day. As the day went by they advised me of some broken tiles they spotted and told me they would change them if I had some, turns out there were some spares in the attic and they would be enough! Around midday they advised they may need an extra day as they had to work around the weather as it started raining and they did not want to let the rain through to the attic. In the meantime, I obtained another quote for changing some floodlight which were well past their lifespan, again very competitive quotes and I agreed to have these changed either the next day or some other scheduled day. Second day, slightly different team (Izzy and Adam) they complete the job as agreed and then I witness the power production for the first time! What a nice feeling! I am now told the final inspection will be arranged and after that Motek will take care of notifying my retailer for the feed in! 4 days later, inspector turns up, quick inspection and signoff; system is turned on and the app on my phone is installed! In the mean time, another team turned up and completed my floodlights replacement and additions! Another 3 days and I receive a call from my retailer to complete the move to a new power plan as I now have solar!!! Almost too easy! Recommended all the way!
