From first initial phone call to Mark there was no back and forth he said the date he would come to do the electrical work, he made contact closer to job date to confirm appointment. Had Mark out to install two new ceiling fans with lights, change a light fitting, replace bathroom exhaust fan and required a safety switch to light circuit. He was on-time, communication was free-flowing, and he completed the job quickly and carefully. You can see that Mark takes pride in his work, conscientious and finds solutions easily with years of experience. Really nice and respectful guy, cleans up too! Highly recommend him. Had many compliments on fans.

After two years, we had Mark back again for some more electrical work at our home and he is still every bit as brilliant as we remembered. This time we needed him to assess our switchboard before purchasing an induction cooktop, to confirm whether it was good to go or needed an upgrade. While he was here, he also replaced a few dodgy power points. Mark’s communication is excellent. He kept us updated and let us know when he was on the way, so we knew exactly when to expect him. He swapped over the faulty power points quickly and professionally, then completed a thorough switchboard review. He even labelled and named circuits that a previous electrician hadn’t bothered to do, which was genuinely appreciated. Mark took the time to clearly explain how everything worked, what our available power budget was, and he walked us through the option of upgrading to three-phase, including a rough cost estimate, without any pressure. Just honest, practical advice. Feeling confident after his assessment, we went ahead and bought the induction cooktop and booked Mark back in for the installation. This is where I made things difficult. I messed up my measurements and turned what should have been a straightforward job into something far more complicated. Mark handled it like an absolute pro. He quickly identified the issue, did a run to the shops to grab what was needed, and then stayed well past dinner time to finish the job properly. And the thing is, he didn’t have to stay. He absolutely could have said, “No worries, I’ll come back another day to complete it,” and that would have been completely fine. Instead, he chose to push through and get it sorted then and there, with a great attitude and zero fuss. I’m also posting this from a second account because it feels more deserved than simply editing my existing review. Thanks again, Mark. We really appreciate it, and we’ll be booking you again soon for a few other bits and pieces we need done.

Mark came to install our new down lights, garage lights, replace old down lights, outdoor lights and ceiling fan. Mark is very polite, punctual,efficient and cleans up after he has finished. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. When we are going to replace more lights Mark is our guy. Thanks again Mark for your great service.

Mark is a great tradie and his work is of a professional high quality, his years of experience shows in his comprehensive advice and great work. Punctual, friendly service, top tradesman. Mark did a number of jobs for us in Ballarat on multiple visits and will happily use again.

Mark installed Tesla wall charger for me. Tested electricity usage from each circuit patiently, balanced the new 32A circuit and upgraded my main switch. Securely connected everything with reasonable and clear price. I’m sure I would ask Mark for more work in future.
