Love my Daikin reverse cycle air conditioners, installed in the lounge and bedroom. Better than the Mitsubishi the previous owner had installed. Great price and service from the installer. Also had down lights put in, great to be able to see better in the lounge and kitchen areas now! Staff were friendly and took the time to actually explain what was needed, not just sell me (a female first time home owner) something that wouldn't have done the job of heating my older home.

I got a couple of quotes for a new reverse cycle air conditioner. Their price was similar to the other company's. However, the service I received from McKenzie's was just awesome! They put proper thought into where the air con should be placed in the room. The outside part of unit, they had it raised of the ground and installed pipes for the water discharge. They also replaced many lights and switches around the house. The owner gave great service and practical solutions. The staff were great and were dedicated to doing their job correctly, timely and professionally. Really though, what I most impressed with, was their ability to meet a deadline on the originally quoted work.

I had Mallee Air provide and install a split system out of town to Swan Hill to find from the 1st enquiry to the end was seamless. And the guys who replaced my existing one did a quick, clean job. Highly recommend Mallee Air & electrical
