I called Luxen Electrical Group early Saturday evening last week expecting I might be an inconvenience, but Nathan immediately made me feel like I was no trouble at all. From the moment he picked up the phone, he was calm, friendly and genuinely reassuring. Instead of making me feel guilty for interrupting his weekend, he treated my issue as completely valid and important. My problem was that all my appliances in my house were not working, and I didn’t know what to do. After about 30 minutes of Nathan talking me through what to do, we worked out it was the fridge/freezer. Nathan then went above and beyond and offered to drive to my place and store the contents of my freezer until I got a new freezer sorted out! Nathan’s professional, down-to-earth attitude put me at ease straight away. He took the time to listen, explained what needed to be done, and never once made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such thoughtful customer care, especially outside normal hours. On top of all that, he saved me a huge call out fee – $400! I’m incredibly grateful for his help and the way he handled the whole situation. Highly recommend!

We had Baxter, Tyson and Toby out to fit down lights, upgrade the switchboard and hang pendant lights. The boys were prompt, polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Baxter in particular was exceptionally patient as I changed my mind about the pendants several times. Nathan came out to quote on the day we called and the quote was very reasonable for all the work that was to be done. I would highly recommend these guys and would not hesitate to call them if we need more work done in the future.

Just had Tyson from Luxen out to help with our air-conditioning installation and smoke alarm installation. He was really easy to work with, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. Turned up on time, was professional and left everything neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend Tyson and the team at Luxen.

We recently had an old stove removed and a new one replaced, plus an upgrade to our switchboard. I recently had two large strip heaters installed in my covered backyard area by Luxen Electrical, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience! The team at Luxen did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, timely, and clearly knowledgeable about the installation. Nathan provided excellent Communication and service. The installation itself was seamless, and the heaters look fantastic in the space. It’s made a significant difference in our outdoor comfort, allowing us to enjoy our BBQs more during the colder months. Professional and highly recommended. Luxen did the electrical work for the removal of a central gas heating system and the installation of a fully ducted AC.
