Jack's work is superlative. He identifies problems, then FIXES them. This often needs quite complex work to do so, which he does, cheerfully and professionally. He happily explains what he is doing, and why he is doing so, without being supercilious. He managed to replace my entire switchboard to comply with current legislation, my rangehood so that it removes fumes, install my new cooker, and and exterior powerboard. I would be delighted to recommend him to do whatever electrical is needed, from the simple to the complicated. Thanks, Jack.
