Amazing service, Rick was at our premises within the hour and had the problem sorted out promptly. Out air conditioner pump had failed and it was a hot day. We really appreciate how quickly he was able to deal with it.

The Team a Hopper Electrics were amazing came up with some great ideas to fix my problems I needed a lot done and did an amazing job. very nice to deal with, I'm not great with people but I felt at easy with every encounter over the phone and in person would recommend. Great Job Boys Thank you

The jobs performed were done with care and professional attitude. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time. My only negative comment is the hourly rates. I thought they were high especially for apprentice grade. All in all it was a good outcome.

The work required was completed in a professional manner. The only issue we have is that the power point for stove fan and light sets directly behind the stove. This means if we need to access it the stove has to be removed. It would have been better if it was in a kitchen cupboard next to the stove for easier access. Unfortunately we were not consulted about this power point as it was left to the ALK staff where it was installed.
