Professional, courteous, thorough, neat, tidy and respectful of all aspects of entering your private home space. Beau’s high standard of communication utilises an e-booking system in place for queries, quotes, comms, arrival updates and invoicing. Gold-standard service on install of a design-piece pendant lamp beside the bed with a swag-hook from the canopy. A tricky install to hardwire up behind the wall into the ceiling cavity and was completed in a calm and competent manner, no mess, no fuss, or bother. This is a modern and innovative Sparky who can think outside the box to bring your vision to light ⚡️ Beau provides a high level of attention to detail and along with his colleague Daniel, we worked together to fit the *Ferm Living Lamp* into the perfect position. An outstanding job completed along with a socket-switch update to include a dimmer setting, plus an adjustment to a floor lamp, which Beau suggested to save cutting into the wall and installing an extra socket switch. Highly recommend Beau @ Hands on Electrical Group Thank you 🙏

Hands on Electrical are fantastic! Beau went above and beyond to find the most convenient and cost-efficient solution to fix our mains power issues. He took the time to properly assess everything and work through the best approach for us. He made sure we understood the problem and all the options available. Beau is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. We’ll absolutely be using him for all our electrical jobs from now on and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.
