He quickly diagnosed the issue—a faulty vacuum causing the RCD (safety switch) to trip repeatedly, which had ended up damaging the current RCD. He explained the problem clearly, replaced the faulty RCD with a new one, and made sure everything was working safely before he left. I really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Highly recommend his services and will definitely call him again for any future electrical work! Thank you, James!

Throughout the project both Justin and James maintained open and clear communication. They explained the intricacies of the electrical work in an understandable manner, was upfront about costs and consistently arrived on time.
