We have a spa & a friend told me to try Electel & I'm very pleased to find Vicki working there. She used to work at where we were going previously & her knowledge is great. She is always helpful & keeps my spa sparkling.

We were up from Melbourne in Coongulla fitting off a generator and hit a snag with compliance, We called electal for help they told us to come now, and they would fix as we waited to save us a trip back up. The best part of the good old-fashioned service was the price I thought they had made a mistake labor and materials $120 inc as a builder in Melbourne I would have waited 2 weeks if lucky and no change out $300 love your work keep it up.

What a great team Electel are. We are so very happy with the customer service and advice we received and that we found this business we had not used before. The team went way above the norm to help us when our bore pump broke and we were left without any water in a very dry season. I can not thank them enough for fixing the broken bore but making it way better than what we had before. Thoroughly recommend

Always respectful, fast and do a great job. They will often advise more cost effective ways to save us money, even if coating them the work.
