I recently got in touch with the team at east west energy to look at my solar knowing something g wasn't right, I had the original installer look at it multiple time with no luck, here is where east west came to the party. After a brief chat over the phone they were sorted to come out and look, Within 15 mins found th fault and were ordering parts for it to be fixed. While waiting for parts to arrive they took it upon them self to investigate more, in doing this talking the solar manufacturing team, they did some behind the scenes work and improved the product even more. East West Energy did an excellent job with our initial installation of solar panels and house battery back in 2022. So we didn't hesitate in reaching out to them again to extend our battery capacity and take advantage of the govt battery rebate scheme. Despite huge demand, they were able to source the additional battery units and complete the installation in a timely fashion. Mitch kept us informed of the status of our job and provided excellent follow up service to ensure we were happy with the results, which we are. It's great to have such a good operator on hand whenever we have a question or concern. Couldn't be happier.

I sourced multiple quotes for my solar install and East West truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
