  Detector Inspector is arranged and requested by my agent to come to property to check the smoke alarm. They are easy to be contacted on phone or online appointment or responded in email. They always arrive the time slot they mentioned. And it is normally a very quick smooth efficient process. I had dealt with them in last 3 years and they are great to deal with as a tenant living in this property and prefer least hassles with any traders or technicians. 5 Stars for Detector Inspector and hope they continue to maintain such great services.

  The technicians are always really lovely, super efficient and nothing is too much trouble. A bonus that I got a Collingwood supporter too lol. Call centre staff are supper accommodating also. On Friday when my dishwasher was being installed I believe one of the technicians was is training and the patience and training provided was so nice to hear. I was in the other room working and could hear them. Highly recommend!! Always brilliant every time they have been here over the years. Thank you.

He shared some really helpful insights and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his friendly approach and attention to detail. Great service all around.   Rob and Anthony, electricians from Melbourne's Detector Inspector team, were polite, punctual, communicative and patiently performed a tricky rectification job with a smile. The Filipino backoffice staff are also to be commended for their clear comms. Finally, the owners and management are also to be commended for their design of the user experience. Bookings and reschedulings is easy to do. They call to follow up if they don't hear from you. Well done.

The technician was on time and thoroughly checked smoke detector, electrical switches, power outlets, electrical switchboard and also cords for pulling window blinds (including fixing one which was not secured). Very thorough job. Much appreciated.
