Climate Green installed a 6.5KW solar battery and inverter at my property, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and completing the installation efficiently and neatly. The system is working perfectly, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. Highly recommended.

Installation of 4 split systems provided by Victoria Aircon was good. Two guys come first and do a lot of the leg work and work out where they’re going and start installing the actual units. Then later on about three hours later the electrician comes. Then the plumber to disconnect the ducted gas. Unfortunately the electrician broke 4 tiles on my roof which cost me $120 to replace the next day. Installation took just over 6 hours. They did a good job and the Midea units are working well. Climate Green were really good on the phone when I spoke to their sales manager Sharon, and they take care of all the VEU paperwork so it’s a seamless experience which is great. The price was excellent and I am very happy. Downside unfortunately is the sales rep who came to my house with a lot of incorrect information. He informed me incorrectly of the positioning of the units saying that they could be put above my windows, this was not true. They need space from the ceiling and are not small units, I had thought this when I had chosen where I wanted them but he was adamant they would fit above my windows. This misinformation could seriously upset someone if they were told on the day of installation they needed to go elsewhere as I was. He also misinformed me about where the outside unit could go, it is a very large unit and needs be a certain distant from certain things so that was a discussion I had to have with the installers on the day and make a rushed decision about where it should go. Please get information from the installers on these things before deciding as the sales rep does not have a good knowledge of what is needed. Things had to be moved around to avoid being too close to hot water system, windows and my ducted vacuum system. I was also told by sales rep Nick that my old system could be removed, this is something the installers told me they do not do. So not a lot of correct information about the actual installation until the installers arrived. Also got a blase ‘oh only takes about 4 hours, easy install’. Took over 6 hours with 4 people in and out of all rooms, outside and in the roof. Don’t think it won’t disrupt your day. Overall very happy with the end result and Climate Green are a company I would recommend, just get an installer to talk through position of systems and logistics first as every house is different. I have referred them to others so expecting my $100 gift voucher I was told I would get too, but not holding my breath. Good company to deal with just need correct information given to potential customers.
