Chirnside Air installed a new 16kW reverse-cycle system in my home, replacing an older gas heater. The team was fast, professional, and delivered the right solution for our needs. They even accommodated the existing vents with new covers, leaving a clean finish. I had considered a multi-split, but after discussing the pros and cons with the team, I’m glad I chose ducted. They were affordable, knowledgeable about available rebates, and always happy to answer questions. I’m very happy with the performance of the new system!

I called Billy out for both my wall mounted air con and evaporated cooling unit. I was honestly expecting both to need replacing and said as much.. which could have been a mistake! However Billy immediately won me over with how genuine and honest he was - he diagnosed a simple fix for the Evap cooling and charged me a portion of what the manufacturer wanted as a deposit to even come to our place to do a service. Today he replaced my air con unit and was incredibly professional, cleaned up after the job was done and I have wonderfully cool lounge which I’m super grateful for especially today!
