  I had a problem with my service fuse box at the front of the house and had my power cut off overnight by CitiPower. I rang CED Services at 8pm at night and my call was answered and they committed to have someone on site the next morning The electrician rang me about 9:30 confirming he was 45 minutes away and he turned up when he said, with a new service box Problem fixed within an hour Great service and good communication as they kept me informed on progress CED left me the old/damaged service fuse box which I photographed and sent to CitiPower as it was CitiPower's service line terminal that was loose and had overheated. After lodging a claim CitiPower agreed to waive the reconnection fee Good outcome all round Andrew, Hawthorn

  I run an established landscape construction business in Melbourne. We are incredibly happy with all of the work that CED Services Group has completed for our business. Peter, Shane and the team are always reliable and efficient. We have used CED Services Group on many of our projects large and small because they have great expertise in their field and can provide a variety of electrical services. The quality of their work is excellent, and we also really appreciate the way they work in with other trades on our complex jobs. The team are always on time and Peter and Shane are also always professional and prompt and provide excellent customer service.   We enlisted Shane at CED Services Group to do a variety of electrical work around our house. The team turned up on time, completed everything efficiently and cleaned up after the job. A surprise on the day meant they had to do some emergency additional work to ensure everything was safe and to standard. Extra electricians turned up to help get the job done and whilst I could have been stung for the extra work we got a great price and are very grateful for the attention to detail. Highly recommended!

  The guys at CED services were fantastic, from a timely quote and a detailed scope of works, to managing all of the changes on site and organisation and coordination with other trades. This project was setting up all communications, alarms, security and power through a new warehouse and factory. All completed on time and on budget, with a very professional team. Would definitely recommend
