I fully understand the previous reviewers frustration, Luke is has always been very busy. I have known him for many years and there have been times he hasn't been here when expected. However, whenever its been really urgent, or there is job involving other tradespeople and we need him, he has been here. My business relies on good tradespeople, Luke has put himself out to get me out of difficulty on many occasions. Luke has given me good advice and support over the years, his work is high quality, he will persevere with any task in good humour. Sometimes I have text him a few times but he gets here in the end :-)
