It didn't actually break, but the wire supporting the conduit rusted through and the wires became open to the elements. Called Beel during their season break and was recommended to turn off the unit and that they would come to fix it when they returned. Which they did on the first day (second, really, as it was pissing with rain on Monday). Lovely job, now done with 316 stainless wire and a turnbuckle to keep it tight. And for a pretty reasonable price also.
