Bailey Tech supplied and installed our battery to existing PV system with Fronius Gen 24 inverter. Scott was quick to visit and provide an accurate quote and Susan kept us informed on delivery and installation scheduling for our BYD battery. Scott and Ethan carried out the installation maintaining a clean an safe worksite. In summary excellent customer service and workmanship.

We were having trouble connecting a generator to power our house during blackouts, and it had been a real challenge. Scott came by, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly so we could understand what was going on. He resolved the problem efficiently and with minimal fuss. This company installed solar panels on my investment unit. They were incredible to deal with from start to finish. Susan was friendly, helpful and made every effort to help me with the process of applying for the Govt Rebate and dealing with Solar Victoria. Scott and his team met with me, explained the process then handled everything. I really didn't have to do anything. The installation was very quick despite some hold up due to Covid restrictions. Scott went above and beyond, job was only meant to be a couple hours but it went for about 6 and then he came back following day to finish it off. He kept the original quote price as well. I would highly recommend Bailey technologies if you are in the market for security cameras and more. I wrote my original review 5 months ago when I had bailey technologies install my security Cameras and as mentioned I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. However, five months later I have a problem which I need fixing, I've called and emailed several times and have had not one reply, so I'm not happy at all, so if you want a company who has good customer follow up service I wouldn't bother!! 😠
