B-Enlightened Electrical

I have had the B-Enlightened exclusive downlights and globes in my home for a few months now, and it’s crazy the difference that a simple lighting change has made to my wind down routine. The amber night mode lighting feels so warm and cosy, and you can dim it right down before bed to really help with sending you off to sleep. This in conjunction with the blue light blocking glasses has significantly improved my quality of sleep - this is coming from someone who has always been a bad sleeper! I also love the day mode, it’s bright without feeling harsh. And it’s nice to be able to cycle through the colours with the remote - super easy to set to whatever mood you’re feeling! Not only do these lights look amazing but they have genuinely been life changing. Have never slept so well since getting rid of all of our bright LEDs and changing to these. The different settings are perfect to change between in different scenarios. Could not recommend highly enough!!!

We recently used B-Enlightened to install their exclusive downlights throughout our house along with other electrical work for our renovations . These downlights give you such flexibility with remote control, dimmable with multiple modes, from daylight mode to the orange glow blue light free mode for night. Not only better for your health but they look fantastic as well. Trying to start a positive change in my life and step 1 was eliminating blue light and screen time before bed. B-Enlightened supplied me a bed side table globe which has been a game changer. Once I’m ready to wind down, the softer colour and wavelength doesn’t stimulate me as much allowing me to drift away to bed effortlessly, and actually wake up feeling well rested. It’s gotten to the point if I have to go through the house after being in my room the other lights actually annoy me😂 and feel harsh on my brain and eyes. Time to replace the whole house now!! Can’t recommend enough, if you actually want to see a difference in your sleep etc make sure to start making changes as I did.
