I called Tones Electrical to have a new cooktop installed to replace a broken one for our Air BNB and timing in between guests was hard to find. But when I called Tines Electrical they were understanding of the situation and were able to organise service that same day I called. It was so appreciated 👏 well done. Great service, prompt and efficient. Tones Electrical provides me with a service that is so good every time. Recently one of the air conditioners stopped working so I called Tone’s and they sent an electrician later in the day on his way back to the workshop. He sorted the issue quickly. Not many businesses provide service better than expected but Tone’s does.

They took the time to come to our property on several occasions at no cost to us, and put together a package that was a good fit for our budget. Initial contact with Claire was excellent and reassuring. We didn't have to wait long for a quote. Emails were timely. The electrician Ben, was efficient and kind. I will definitely use Tones Electrical again.

We had solar and washing machine issues at different times. Tones were able to fix these issues with no subsequent problems. We are located about 1 hour from Launceston so good to deal with a firm that travels.
