What a pleasure it has been dealing with Pippin Murphy on the purchase and installation of our new heat pump, very professional. Not long after completion he rang to see that we were happy. This guy is very customer focused. I must also thank his installer Bill who did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this company both for price and installation for all your heat pump needs.

I dont usually leave reviews but my positive experience with Pippon and the boys has prompted me to write this one. I wanted a split system installed in a timely manner and Pippen made it happen and his team was great to get along with. The price was good and the can do attitude from these guys was fantastic. Well Done Guys. I would recommend this company

Extremely easy to deal with. Pippin provides great excellent product knowledge with great follow-up post installation. Billy was terrific with installation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Mersey Electrical went above and beyond my expectations re-wiring our house, from the competitive quote to works complete I was impressed with how prompt and easy to contact they were. Even when as far as making sure our fridge and freezer had power, the hot water was running and left plug in lights for us over a 2 day job to ensure we were uninterrupted in being able to get ourselves ready to work the next day. Very happy customers!
